Dearly Beloved,
We are excited to announce that our church sanctuary will re-open for Sunday services this coming Sunday, Sept. 27th. Halleluyah!
Please note that we will continue to run the ZOOM online service in addition to the in-person service in the sanctuary for the benefit of those unable to join us in the sanctuary for one reason or the other.
In order to comply with NY State and CDC guidelines for religious in-door gatherings and to ensure we are all safe and healthy, we have put protocols and practices in place that we trust we will all gladly comply with.
1. Advance Sign-Up: In order to comply with social distancing and maximum occupancy guidelines for in-door services, we will ask that you pre-register by using the link below to sign up for you and your family’s attendance. This will allow us to safely manage our limited capacity and make adequate and safe provisions for you and your family.

2. NYS Health Screening Questionnaire: Kindly complete the Health Screening Questionnaire in the link above as per NY State guidelines.
3. Face Covering (Masks) Required at all times in the building: Please ensure that CDC recommended mask is always properly adorned on church premises. If you do not have, the church will provide the 3-ply surgical mask recommended by CDC to everyone. Faith leaders, ministers are allowed to take off their masks to minister or sing, but must be prepared to don a face covering if another person unexpectedly comes within six feet (e.g. when walking to seats).
4. Social Distancing: According to CDC guidelines we are required to maintain a safe social distance of six feet on the premises.
5. Hand Washing and Sanitizing: Please wash your hands with soap and warm water for more than 20 seconds and/or use the provided hand sanitizer stations provided to sanitize your hands frequently.
6. Adequate Ventilation: In order to ensure proper ventilation, we will always have the AC/Heater unit and the fan on and may keep external doors open to ensure constant flow of fresh air. To this end, please plan accordingly and bring required external or extra layer of coverings (coat, jackets etc.) that you may put behind your seat for storage.
7. Minimizing use of and disinfecting commonly touched equipment / tools / appliances / surfaces etc.: We plan to minimize the use of common touch items like microphones, drums, piano, mixer, doorknobs, offering basket. For example, we plan to limit use of all these items to one individual during service. We plan to cover mics with disposable covers. And all common touch surfaces will be wiped down before and after use.
8. Care Package: We plan to distribute care packages with mask, portable hand sanitizer, pen, water etc.
